One system for the whole company.

Evista ERP runs HR, finance, supply chain, warehousing, pharmacy, hospital, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce operations in a single platform — fully bilingual in Arabic and English, and built for how business is actually regulated in Saudi Arabia.

Modules

Every department, and the work that connects them

Each module is a workflow, not a menu: it walks a job from start to finish in the order it actually happens. The stages under each name are the real steps in the product.

Platform

Built for the way the region actually works

The things that decide whether an ERP survives contact with a real business are rarely on a feature list. These are.

  • Arabic is not a translation layer. Every screen mirrors to right-to-left — navigation, tables, forms, printed invoices and receipts — and users switch language without losing their place.
  • Multi-company and multi-branch. Companies, medical centres, pharmacies, warehouses and factories sit in one hierarchy, and every screen can be scoped to any part of it.
  • Permissions per role and per tab. Access is granted down to the individual page, so a branch pharmacist and a finance controller see different systems.
  • Approvals that match your delegation of authority. Spending limits, approval chains and sign-off routing follow the authority matrix you already have.
  • Point of sale built in. Retail and pharmacy counters run on the same stock and the same ledger as everything else — no nightly reconciliation between systems.
  • Portals for the people outside your company. Suppliers submit catalogues and invoices, doctors send recommendations, candidates track applications — without accounts in your ERP.
  • Mobile apps for the field. Attendance, approvals, stock counts and deliveries work on a phone, and goods receipt scanning queues locally so a weak signal in a warehouse does not lose the scan.
  • An assistant that knows your data. Ask for a figure, a trend or a document in plain Arabic or English instead of hunting for the report that has it.
Compliance

Saudi regulatory requirements, handled in the system

Not an add-on module and not a spreadsheet someone maintains — these run inside the same transactions your staff are already doing.

🧾

ZATCA e-invoicing

Phase-two clearance and reporting against the Fatoora gateway — UBL 2.1 invoices, signed, with the TLV QR code on the printed invoice.

🔎

SFDA drug track & trace

GS1 barcode scanning and RSP reporting for pharmaceutical movement, from receipt through dispensing.

📋

Wasfaty

Prescription workflows aligned to the national programme, dispensed against the same stock as retail.

Licence expiry tracking

Every company and branch has a document folder — commercial registration, municipal, health authority, civil defence — with automatic expiry warnings.

Deployment

Your data, in its own database

Evista is not a shared multi-tenant table with a customer column. Each customer runs an isolated stack — its own database, its own storage, its own credentials.

🏢

Self-hosted, not a shared tenancy

The whole stack is one self-contained deployment, so it runs on infrastructure you choose — including inside the Kingdom where data residency requires it.

🔐

Isolated per customer

Separate database, separate object storage, separate signing keys. There is no path from one customer's data to another's.

💾

Scripted backup and restore

Database and file storage are dumped by a scripted procedure that runs inside the stack, with the restore steps written down rather than improvised.

See it with your own data

A demo is more useful with your branches, your products and your approval chain in it. Tell us what you run today and we will set it up that way.
